100 Club Rules

1. The object of the Club is to raise funds for the club.

2. The Club will be run under the supervision of the Secretary & Treasurer who will also

administer the Club.

3. The club is open to all members, parents, friends and family of Harvington CC. Members must be over 16 years of age. Members must fill in an

application form (attached).

4. Entry will be by subscription of £5 per month per number, paid in

advance (On or before the 28th of each month)

Members may have more than one number.

5. Subscriptions by cash will be accepted on the basis of a maximum

period of twelve months (£60 per number).

6. A quarterly draw will take place during the committee meeting in the months of January, April, July and October

7. The regular quarterly prize money will be 50% of the quarterly income -

there will be three prizes:-

1st prize = 65% of monthly prize fund (£487.50 if 100 members)

2nd prize = 25% of monthly prize fund (£187.50 if 100 members)

3rd prize = 10% of monthly prize fund (£75 if 100 members)

10. The relevant numbers of all paid up members will be entered in the

draw for each quarter

11. Registers will be kept recording the name and address of each

member, the number(s) allocated to them and the subscriptions received

from them.

13. The first draw will take in June 2010, with a larger prize fund than usual. The percentage above will determine the 3 cash prizes.

12. Unless otherwise advised, a member will deemed to have left the Club

if his or her renewal of subscription remains unpaid for a period of one

month. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into

Club Funds after 6 months
